Payment Terms
- Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
- The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt.

Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is successfully completed, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email and/or SMS within 24 hours of receipt. Customers are advised to retain this confirmation for their records.
Refund Policy
We aim to ensure customer satisfaction; however, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the customer’s credit card.
- Refunds may be applicable only in cases where services were not delivered as agreed or were cancelled within the eligible timeframe.
- Any applicable service charges or administrative fees may be deducted where relevant.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel their requested service within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels (website, email, or customer support).
- Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Important: If a service has already been initiated, completed, or scheduled within less than 24 hours, cancellation may not be permitted.
